Arthouse is a leading designer and distributor of home decorative products and wall coverings to retail outlets both in the UK and overseas, across a range of sales channels and market sectors. NorthEdge invested in October 2015 and exited in December 2022.

“However, recent macro-economic challenges have seen our operating costs increase materially, alongside a rapid decline in consumer demand. As a result, over the last two years, we have been working closely with our shareholders, banking partners and specialist advisors to stabilise the business through the tough trading conditions, safeguarding the future of the Arthouse brand and its talented team.

“This acquisition provides Arthouse with an opportunity to continue creating inspirational products and serving our valued customers, I would like to thank everyone across the business and all key stakeholders for their ongoing support and I look forward to becoming part of the Esselle group.”
