East Coast Concepts comprises two complementary premium dining concepts: Neighbourhood, based in city centres; and Victors, based in the suburbs.

Background

East Coast Concepts was founded by entrepreneur James Hitchen and his brother Guy. The group operates the all day eatery and late bar Neighbourhood, and the Hampton inspired Victor’s. Both brands have developed strong followings due to their unique atmosphere and innovative menus, based around premium steaks, fresh seafood and sushi.
