Grant Berry

Grant has been involved in a large number of private equity transactions over the past three decades, based out of the North of England, and was one of the original founders of the Firm back in 2009.

Grant led the fund raising processes for Funds I, II and III, as well as the inaugural SME Fund. Having served originally as Managing Partner and then latterly as Executive Chair, Grant retired from the Firm in December 2025.
