Andrew Skinner

Andy joined NorthEdge’s Midlands office in 2016, was promoted to Director in 2020 and Partner in 2024. As Partner, Andy is responsible for continuing to scale up our operations across the Midlands, furthering our commitment to investing in the UK regions.

Andy has been involved in the majority of the firm’s deals in the Midlands including the sales of Bridge Farm, Jigsaw24 and Direct Healthcare Group. Andrew also worked on MBOs of Orbis Protect, Phoebus Software, Catalis Group, Correla, FriendMTS and Torbay Pharmaceuticals. He currently sits on the board of Phoebus and FriendMTS.

Prior to joining NorthEdge, Andy worked as a Director in the deal team at PwC and as an Investment Director at Better Capital. During this time he was involved in a number of successful private equity investments across a range of sectors, including business services, manufacturing, leisure and technology.
