We are delighted to launch our first sector report of the year, focussing on the technology sector.

Despite the wider macro-economic challenges, the UK technology sector has continued to experience high levels of deal activity, reflected in the 972 tech-focussed M&A deals completed in 2022.

Given our track record of supporting businesses in the technology sector, we believe there are five key themes that will continue to demonstrate resilience in the face of economic headwinds – Public Cloud, Cyber and Information Security, Public Sector Tech, Process Automation, and Gaming.
