We’re thrilled to share that our Manchester and Birmingham teams have been recognised by Insider Media for their efforts.

Firstly, we have been shortlisted for four awards at the Midlands Dealmakers awards, which are taking place next week. NorthEdge has been nominated in the Funder of the Year category, with our investment into Friend MTS in the running for Deal of the Year.

In addition, we’re proud to see Investment Manager, Mike Craven, being shortlisted for Emerging Dealmaker of the Year, and Senior Director Andy Skinner shortlisted for Dealmaker of the Year.

Meanwhile, we have also been shortlisted in two categories at the North West Dealmakers Awards.

We’re nominated for Private Equity Team of the Year, alongside our partial exit of Cloud Technology Solutions, which saw us sell the majority stake of the business to global investment firm Marlin Equity Partners, competing for International Deal of the Year on the night.

The North West Dealmakers will take place on 12 October, offering us a chance to celebrate the achievements of the North West’s leading corporate financiers, accountants, bankers, funders, lawyers and M&A professionals.

It’s fantastic to have been recognised publicly for our efforts in two of our key regions, as we continue to build better businesses. Fingers crossed for some wins on the night!
