In the UK Black History Month is celebrated annually every October. It is an opportunity to draw attention to the achievements and contributions that Black people have made (and continue to make) to society and history.

The month-long celebrations also highlight the need for diversity, equity and inclusion more broadly. At NorthEdge we take our responsibilities seriously – as both employers and investors. We believe the work we do to promote DE&I across our business, our portfolio and our market continues to be a fundamental element to our success. We use both extensive in-house knowledge and draw on external experts to continuously challenge ourselves and improve on our performance, building better businesses, and industries, as a result.

In recognition of the celebration, we have created a set of resources to encourage allyship, learn more about Black History Month and share how we can take action – the 2022 theme.
