NorthEdge has supported ramarketing to complete the acquisition of ISR, a specialist market research agency based in North Carolina. The deal represents ramarketing’s first acquisition as it continues to build out its global presence.
ramarketing partners with pharmaceutical services and outsourcing organisations across Europe and North America, providing commercial strategy, marketing, communications, and creative support to fuel growth. ISR is recognised for its in‑depth market research within the pharmaceutical outsourcing market, including CDMO and CRO providers.
The acquisition brings together ISR’s research and insight capabilities with ramarketing’s strengths in commercial strategy, marketing, and communications. The combined group will support clients across the full commercial spectrum – from evidence generation and market insight through to positioning, go‑to‑market strategy, and activation. Together, the business operates with a global footprint and can offer clients a broader range of services to support them drive commercial impact and outcomes.
