We are pleased to announce that we have supported Latus Group (Latus) to complete its third strategic acquisition, following our initial investment into the platform in July 2024.
Latus has acquired Yorkshire-based Peritus Health Management (Peritus), a leading provider of occupational health, health surveillance and occupational hygiene services. The company, which has delivered 20% year-on-year growth for the last five years, operates a fleet of 11 mobile health surveillance units and is widely respected for its technical expertise and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Latus works with businesses across a range of sectors to support their people achieve healthier working lives through proactive, preventative healthcare that supports regulatory compliance; improves colleague health & wellbeing and enhances employee engagement.
The acquisition of Peritus supports Latus to further increase its capacity across the UK, expanding its mobile health surveillance capabilities and strengthening its fast-growing occupational hygiene practice – which as seen a significant increase in client demand. As part of the Latus Group, Peritus clients will also benefit from access to Latus’ integrated healthcare platform and additional health and wellbeing services.
