NorthEdge supports Latus Group complete fourth strategic acquisition

NorthEdge has supported Latus Group to acquire South Yorkshire-based Euro Environmental Limited, a market‑leading occupational hygiene provider, to expand its fast‑growing Occupational Hygiene division.

Euro Environmental is a long‑established Occupational Hygiene specialist, providing workplace exposure monitoring, indoor air quality testing, noise assessments and related compliance services for organisations across the UK. Its team of expert occupational hygienists, strong operating processes and an advanced technology platform make Euro Environmental a trusted partner for businesses needing robust, reliable workplace health and safety compliance.

The acquisition of Euro Environmental supports Latus Group to continue the growth of its Hygiene division, which has consistently delivered 50% year-on-year growth, with customers benefitting from the Group’s ability to deliver fully integrated, compliance‑driven workplace health solutions.

Jack Latus, CEO of Latus, said: “The acquisition of Euro Environmental represents another important milestone in our mission to modernise workplace healthcare and improve employee health outcomes across the UK. With the continued support of NorthEdge, we’re able to accelerate growth across our platform and strengthen our ability to meet rising customer demand.

“Occupational Hygiene is a strategic growth area for us. Like Latus, Euro Environmental Limited has a strong reputation for expertise, quality and service. By bringing our businesses together, we’re able to provide our clients with market-leading end-to-end workplace health solutions and service the increasing demand for Latus Hygiene services nationally.”

Phil Frame, Partner at NorthEdge, said: “We are pleased to support Latus to complete its fourth acquisition since our initial investment in July 2024. The acquisition of Euro Environmental Limited is another strong example of the business delivering on its strategy to scale its platform and continually enhance the quality and breadth of services available to its clients.”

NorthEdge and Latus were advised by Muckle (Legal), Cortus (FDD), BHP (Tax DD) and LWE Commercial (Property). The transaction was supported with funding from Santander.
