NorthEdge makes a series of senior promotions

We are delighted to share that we have made a series of senior promotions following another successful year at NorthEdge. Dan Matkin, Liam May and James Hales have been promoted to Partner and Jordana Cropper has been promoted to Director.

These promotions build on the success of the firm over the last twelve months, following the completion of two new platform investments, nine portfolio bolt-on acquisitions and four liquidity events.

Outside of the firm’s deal activity, the portfolio has also continued to deliver strong growth – with average EBITDA growth of 36% year-on-year in its core sectors. However, growth hasn’t just come in the form of profitability. It has also come in the form of regional impact – where NorthEdge and its portfolio has contributed £656m GVA and supported c.10,000 FTEs, with 70% of this impact in the UK regions outside London and South East.

Ray Stenton and Keven Parker, Joint Managing Partners of NorthEdge, said: “These promotions represent a significant investment in what has always been our most important asset – our people. Following a strong year of performance across the business and portfolio, it is great to celebrate that success with these well-deserved promotions. We look forward to working with Dan, James, Liam and Jordana in their new roles, as we continue to deliver on our mission of building better businesses, and communities, across the UK regions.”
