In June, Team NorthEdge joined teams from across our network for our annual Day in the Dales event in support of Yorkshire Children’s Charity – a charity that helps children across Yorkshire, where one third of children live in poverty, who are at a disadvantage in life due to disability, ill health, or financial circumstance.
Over 50 people walked the ten-mile route across the Yorkshire Dales, around Burnsall before ending in the Red Lion pub for a well-deserved lunch. The day was a great success, with attendees enjoying networking and team building throughout.
We managed to raise over £6,000 for the charity on the day and we would like to say a big thank you to Yorkshire Children’s Charity for organising and hosting the event on our behalf.
